New Media: Who, What, Where, When and Why is a five-part exhibition that samples and contextualizes technology-based artwork. 
 
New Media: When focuses on the temporal aspects of digital art, the concept that an artwork can change intrinsically over time and that perception of time within an artwork is subjective and variable and features the work of Char Davies, LoVid (Tali Hinkis and Kyle Lapidus), Marshall Reese and Nora Ligorano and Brooke Singer.  New Media: When is curated by Jacqueline Shilkoff, Assistant Curator, Neuberger Museum of Art
